8.15 am - In work early today, so took some almonds with me and ate about 12 at my desk 1.30pm - Was very hungry by this point but I really didn't want to eat my lunch! Eating what you enjoy really is important. Ate about half. I'll be very glad when this shit is finished :( 4.30pm - Started to get hungry again so decided to trudge my way through the other half, but did start with a little creme egg dessert pot, which was actually pretty good, and had the added bonus of smelling nice, which was a welcome break from burnt lentils........ 6.30pm - Not actually hungry but I happily recognise that I'm eating for flavour and thoroughly enjoyed a handful of Strawb sweets :) 8.30pm - Hungry, hallelujah!! Had delicious sausage in a bun with fried mushrooms and onions plus some pasta salad. Also two plums and some cocktail sausages. Was so delicious and full of flavour, nothing burnt or sludge tasting. Also had a couple more Strawbs and a cup of herbal tea. Feeling very sat...
